This Terms & Conditions of Eligibility Policy applies to all customers, passengers, and users of services offered by Kathmandu Sightseeing through  https://kathmandusightseeing.com/  and its authorized sellers.

 
1. GENERAL ELIGIBILITY

1.1. Our sightseeing services are open to all individuals unless restricted due to safety, legal, or operational reasons. 

1.2. By purchasing a ticket, the customer confirms that they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

 
2. AGE REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the tour. 

2.2. The Company does not accept responsibility for unaccompanied minors.

3. PHYSICAL & MEDICAL FITNESS

3.1. Passengers must be physically capable of boarding and alighting the vehicle safely. 

3.2. Individuals with serious medical conditions, mobility challenges, or special needs are advised to inform staff in advance. 

3.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse boarding if participation may pose a health or safety risk

 
4. BEHAVIORAL CONDUCT

4.1. Passengers must behave responsibly and follow all instructions provided by staff.

4.2. The Company may deny service to individuals who are intoxicated, disruptive, abusive, or pose a safety concern.

5. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES

5.1.  Passengers must comply with applicable laws, safety regulations, and operational guidelines during the tour.

5.2.  Failure to comply may result in removal from the service without refund. 

6. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

6.1. Kathmandu Sightseeing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or discontinue service to any individual who does not meet eligibility requirements or violates this policy.

7. GOVERNING LAW

7.1 This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal, with courts of Kathmandu having exclusive jurisdiction.
