HEALTH & SAFETY RESTRICTION POLICY

This Health & Safety Restriction Policy applies to all passengers using the services of Kathmandu Sightseeing. The policy is designed to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for all customers.


1. GENERAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

  • Passengers must comply with all safety instructions provided by Kathmandu Sightseeing staff.
  • All safety signage, announcements, and instructions must be followed at all times.
  • Standing, leaning out of windows, obstructing aisles, or engaging in unsafe behavior while the vehicle is in motion is strictly prohibited.

2. BOARDING & DISEMBARKING
  • Passengers must board and disembark only at designated stops.
  • Boarding must be done carefully and in an orderly manner.
  • Passengers who are unable to board or disembark safely without assistance should inform staff in advance.

3. HEALTH CONDITIONS & MEDICAL FITNESS
  • Passengers with medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may affect their participation are advised to consult a medical professional before using the service.
  • Kathmandu Sightseeing shall not be responsible for health-related incidents arising during the tour.
  • Staff may refuse boarding if a passenger appears medically unfit or poses a risk to themselves or others.

4. RESTRICTED ITEMS & BEHAVIOR

  • Consumption of alcohol, illegal substances, or smoking on board is strictly prohibited.
  • Dangerous, hazardous, or illegal items are not permitted on the vehicle.
  • Disorderly, aggressive, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the service without refund.

5. PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES
  • Kathmandu Sightseeing may implement additional health measures in accordance with government or public health authority guidelines.
  • Passengers are required to comply with such measures, which may include health screening, mask usage, or capacity limitations.

6. SERVICE RESTRICTIONS
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or modify services due to safety concerns, weather conditions, road situations, or public health advisories.
  • Such restrictions shall not automatically entitle passengers to refunds.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • Passengers participate in the service at their own risk.
  • Kathmandu Sightseeing shall not be liable for injury, illness, or loss resulting from failure to comply with this policy.

8. GOVERNING LAW
  • This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal, with courts of Kathmandu having exclusive jurisdiction.
